Business Calculators
A complete set of free calculators for pricing, margins, cash flow, loans, tax and day-to-day business decisions. Pick a tool, enter your numbers, get an answer in seconds.
Running a business means making the same handful of calculations over and over: what should this cost, how much am I actually making on it, how long will the cash last, what will this loan really cost me. These tools do that arithmetic for you so you can spend the time on the decision instead of the spreadsheet.

Frequently asked questions
Are these business calculators free to use?
Yes. Every calculator on this page is free, needs no sign-up, and runs entirely in your browser — nothing you type is stored or sent anywhere.
How accurate are the results?
The formulas are standard accounting and finance formulas, so the arithmetic is exact. Results are only as good as the inputs, though, and they don’t account for local tax rules or accounting treatment. Treat them as planning estimates rather than filed figures.
Can I use these calculators on my phone?
Yes. Every tool is responsive and works on phones and tablets as well as desktop.
Which calculator should I start with?
If you’re setting a price, start with the margin and markup calculators. If you’re testing whether an idea works at all, start with break-even and burn rate.
Can I embed a calculator on my own site?
Get in touch and we’ll send you an embed snippet you can drop into any page.
